Return Policy
If you're not happy with your order, don't worry! You can exchange or return the unopened item within 60 days, as long as you have your receipt. However, if the return criteria aren't met, we might have to refuse the return. Here are the return guidelines:
Make sure the product is unused and unopened, with the original seal intact.
If the product has been opened, LYOTECH LABS will determine whether it's eligible for return.
If you find a defect after opening or using the product, it won't be eligible for return. Instead, the manufacturer's repair or replacement warranty will cover it.
For approved refunds, we'll credit the amount you paid back to the credit or debit card you used for payment. Please note that we won't refund any delivery or assembly costs you've paid.
